A meditative low impact form of Vinyasa yoga sequence that is designed to teach you to flow with more awareness and connection as you move through the asanas (postures).
Vinyasa yoga, often called flow yoga, stands out for its dynamic sequences that gracefully transition from pose to pose, synced with the breath. In contrast, slow-flow vinyasa provides a mindful and meditative approach. It maintains the fluid transitions of traditional vinyasa but unfolds at a slower, more deliberate pace.
This slower pace deepens your engagement with each pose, enhancing body awareness, refining alignment, and fostering introspection. It encourages mindfulness, intentional movement, and a deep connection with your breath – essentially becoming a moving meditation. This live streaming class takes place every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. est.

*Class may be last-minute cancelled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Cancelling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, or an unexpected emergency.

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 17 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
