Gentle Morning Yoga on Zoom with Tammy More
MON NOV 3, 9 - 9:30 AM EST (MON NOV 3, 9 - 9:30 AM EST)

30 Minute Gentle Morning Yoga practice that includes a seated meditation to begin, a warm up to release those tight areas in the body, easing into seated and standing postures (Sun salutations) to increase mobility and flexibility, then binding it all together with 10 minutes of peaceful rest. (Savasana pose).

This live streaming class takes place every Monday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be in the confirmation email. All levels are welcome.

How it works:

  1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free).
  2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here).
  3. You'll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.
  4. You'll also get a reminder 15 min. prior to the start time.
  5. You'll be admitted from the "waiting room" at the time of class.
  6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

*Class may be last-minute cancelled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Cancelling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, or an unexpected emergency.

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
