Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow on Zoom with Tammy More

Learn to combine breathing, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Yoga poses are linked to breath to help reveal body awareness, inner strength and easeful opening. This class will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way. Perfect for those times when you want the yoga, but without the intensity. Relax, let go, and enjoy the slow flow!

This live stream class takes place on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m .est.

What you will need for class:
Yoga Mat
Blanket
Eye Pillow or Soft Cloth

Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be in the confirmation email. All levels are welcome.

How it works:

  1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free).

  2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here).

  3. You'll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

  4. You'll also get a reminder 15 min. prior to the start time.

  5. You'll be admitted from the "waiting room" at the time of class.

  6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

*Class may be last-minute cancelled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Cancelling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, or an unexpected emergency.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TAMMY

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
