Gentle Morning Yoga on Zoom with Tammy More

30 Minute Gentle Morning Yoga practice that includes a seated meditation to begin, a warm up to release those tight areas in the body, easing into seated and standing postures (Sun salutations) to increase mobility and flexibility, then binding it all together with 10 minutes of peaceful rest. (Savasana pose).

This live streaming class takes place every Monday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

How it works:

Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow on Zoom with Tammy More

A meditative low impact form of Vinyasa yoga sequence that is designed to teach you to flow with more awareness and connection as you move through the asanas (postures).

Vinyasa yoga, often called flow yoga, stands out for its dynamic sequences that gracefully transition from pose to pose, synced with the breath. In contrast, slow-flow vinyasa provides a mindful and meditative approach. It maintains the fluid transitions of traditional vinyasa but unfolds at a slower, more deliberate pace.

This slower pace deepens your engagement with each pose, enhancing body awareness, refining alignment, and fostering introspection. It encourages mindfulness, intentional movement, and a deep connection with your breath – essentially becoming a moving meditation. This live streaming class takes place every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. est.

Yin Yoga and Meditation on Zoom with Tammy More

A Yin Yoga practice that includes a peaceful meditation/setting an intention, warm up stretches, then easing into the asanas (postures) that will be held for 1-3 minutes on each side. Focusing on flexibility and relaxation by targeting the fascia- also known as connective tissue- around the joints: mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine. 10 minutes of peaceful relaxation (Savasana) to close the class.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, beginners who are particularly stiff should have some props nearby (blankets, blocks, bolsters, pillows, etc.). This live streaming class takes place every Friday at 9:00 a.m. est.
