Slow Flow Vinyasa with Tammy

A 1 hour and 30 minute Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga Session, low-to-medium intensity, accessible style that links breath with movement at a deliberate, meditative pace. By holding poses longer and focusing on intentional transitions, it builds strength and flexibility while offering a more grounded, less physically demanding alternative to fast-paced Vinyasa Flow. It is ideal for all levels looking to deepen their practice, improve alignment, and reduce stress.

What you will need for class:

Yoga Mat

Yoga Blanket

Any supportive prop to assist you in your practice (yoga blocks, etc.)

This in -person class takes place every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Suggested Donation: $5-$10

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TAMMY

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
