Serenity Sunday

Close the week with calm and reflection in Serenity Sunday Yoga. This gentle 60 minute class focuses on slow stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxation to help release stress and restore balance in both body and mind.

It’s a peaceful way to unwind, recharge, and prepare for the week ahead while enjoying a quiet, supportive atmosphere.

The in-person Serenity Sunday yoga session is at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time every 2nd Sunday of the month.

What you will need for class:

Yoga Mat

Yoga Blanket or Large Towel

Suggested Donation: $5-$10

In person payments for class: Cash or Zelle

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TAMMY

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
