
An 90 Minute Open-Air Asana Yoga Session that combines vinyasa, gentle stretches, and mindfulness, connecting movement with the natural environment. Emphasize breathing in fresh air, grounding on the earth, and practicing in a relaxed, scenic setting to reduce stress, deepen concentration, and build strength.
What you will need to bring to class:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
Water
The class is out on the patio, but has a covering so it is not directly in the sun.
This class takes place every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.
Suggested class donation: $5-$10
