Evening Unwind Yoga with Tammy

Release the day and ease into your evening with this 60 Minute gentle, grounding yoga class designed to calm the nervous system and relax the body. Through slow, mindful movement, deep stretches, and focused breathwork, you’ll melt away tension, quiet the mind, and create space for restful sleep.

Perfect for all levels, this class combines elements of Hatha, Yin, and restorative yoga to help you transition from the busyness of the day into a state of peace and presence. Leave feeling centered, stretched, and serene.

This in-person class takes place every Friday at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

What you will need for class:

Yoga Mat

2 Yoga Blankets or large towels, (yoga bolster if you have one)

2 Yoga Blocks (optional)

Suggested Donation: $5-$10

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TAMMY

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
