
Breath and Balance Yoga is a 30 minute grounding practice designed to steady the mind and strengthen the body. Through intentional breath work and slow, controlled movement, we’ll build balance from the inside out.
Expect a blend of standing postures, gentle flow, and focused stability work that enhances coordination, core strength, and mental clarity. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a supportive space to reconnect with your breath, improve balance, and cultivate calm confidence.
This live stream class is every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. est.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TAMMY
Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
