Heart Opening Yoga Class

Join Tammy for a yoga sequence to open the heart and create space throughout your entire being. We begin with a Loving Kindness Meditation by breathing in love, kindness and compassion to our Self, friends and loved ones and even those who may be challenging or difficult. As you move through this heart opening practice, bring awareness to your breath, release tension and stress with each exhale. Inhale relaxation and peace, being open to each and every moment, all that you are, and all that may manifest. Always honor yourself and do what feels good in your body.
