This 60 Minute Gentle Morning Yoga Sequence begins with connecting to our authentic self and tuning into breath, warming up the body to gently release tension, then moving into seated and standing asanas(poses) to increase flexibility, mobility and energy. Binding the practice with Pranayama (breath work) and Savasana (resting pose).
Always honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in the present moment.
