A yoga sequence that begins standing at the top of the mat in Tadasana (Mountain Pose), setting an intention for practice, followed by the sound of Om, the universal sound of peace, love and light. Link breath with movement as you transition from standing to seated asanas (poses), binding it together with Pranayama (breath work) and a calm and peaceful Savasana (resting pose).
