This Yin Yoga Sequence is an easy and gentle beginner's flow where you will begin by working the spine and then the hips. You will finish with twisting the spine before final relaxation. Hold the postures for 1-3 minutes, and relax the body in any way that feels comfortable for thirty to sixty seconds between asanas (poses). You can work up to 5 minutes in each pose when you have practiced this sequence for at least a month.
What you will need for class:
Yoga Mat
2 Yoga Blankets or Large Towels
2 Yoga Blocks or Bed Pillows
