This Yin Yoga Session is for all levels. An easy yin sequence for beginners where poses are held from 1-3 minutes. Yin Yoga is beneficial for the fascia, also known as the connective tissues. Take time for self-care and nourishment. Allow the breath to be your guide to release the areas in the body that hold tension.
What you will need for this class:
Yoga Mat
2 Yoga Blankets, Large Towels, or Bed Pillows
2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
Eye pillow to help relax the eyes for Savasana (resting pose)
