Self-Compassion and Acceptance
Affirmation: "I accept myself completely as I am."
This Yin Yoga sequence begins with a Loving Kindness Meditation: May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be at peace. Gently transitioning into Butterfly Pose (option to come into Reclined Butterfly), Child's Pose, Straddle, Sphinx, Reclining Twists and Savasana to seal it all together. Poses are held from 1-3 minutes. Savasana for 5 minutes, you can stay longer if you wish.
What you will need for class:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, Bed Pillow or Cushion
2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each pose.
