The theme of this yin yoga sequence is "Deep Rest". Focusing on the meridians of the Liver and Gallbladder. This short practice will enable you to "log off and tune in", especially recommended after a full day of work. This practice is very soft and will permit you to find an easy opening allowing your body to become more fluid, nourished and restored. Poses in this yoga sequence are held for 2-3 mintues. Shavasana (corpse pose) for 6 minutes.
What you will need for practice:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, or Bolster
2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
Remember to listen to your body and do what feels good for you. If you feel any discomfort, gently come out of the pose.
