30 Minute Restorative Yin Yoga 11-15-24

This restorative yin yoga session includes four asanas (poses) that will assist in opening the hips, and relieving stress and tension in the back and sacrum. Poses are held for 5 minutes each, closing with a longer Savasana (resting pose).

What you will need for this session:

Yoga Mat

2 Yoga Blankets, cushions or bed pillows

2 Yoga Blocks if you have them to help support the body.

Poses in the sequence:

Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)

Supta Vrksasana (Reclined Tree Pose)

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Supported Bridge Pose)

Supine Spinal Twist

Remember to listen to yourself and honor what feels good.
