In this 30 Minute Restful Yin Yoga Session, asanas (poses) will be held for a few minutes, so there will be nothing difficult or intense, just beautifully gentle yin poses that will help you to slow down, listen in, rest and relax.
Asanas in this sequence:
Constructive Rest
Knees to Chest
Half Butterfly (right and left)
Legs up the Wall
Savasana or Meditation
What you will need for this session:
Yoga Mat or carpeted floor
2 Yoga Blankets or 2 cushions
Any supportive prop that is beneficial for your yoga practice.
Remember this is your self-care practice. Honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each pose.
