A restorative yin yoga practice to nourish the connective tissues (fascia) in the hips, spine and pelvic region. The asanas(poses) in this sequence will focus on releasing tension, increasing blood circulation, improve posture, reduce stress and alleviate anxiety. Poses will be held from 1-5 minutes.
What you will need for this session:
Yoga Mat or carpeted floor
2 Yoga Blankets, cushions or bed pillows
2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each asana (pose).
