Step inside this Restorative Yin yoga sequence focused on healing from over- doing things, physical stress and emotional stress. Take time to arrive on the mat and come into a comfortable seated position to find peace within the entire body, mind and spirit. Tuning into breath, setting an intention for practice.
Poses in this sequence will be held from 1-4 minutes. Savasana for an extended amount of time.
What you will need for this session:
Yoga Mat or Carpeting Floor
Yoga Blanket, Cushion or Large Towel
1 or 2 yoga blocks for support
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each asana (pose).
