Weave your Practice throughout your Day
A 30 minute yoga sequence that begins standing on the mat, warming up the body with mindful stretches, Sun Salutations to generate heat in the body and heart opening poses. Shavasana (resting pose) to seal in the practice.
What you will need for practice:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket
2 Yoga blocks if you have them
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body.
