Love your Body to Love your Mind
Affirmation: "I am mindful of each movement and breath."
This 30 minute yoga sequence begins standing on the mat, warming up through the neck, shoulders and hips. Greeting the day with Sun Salutations, Side Stretch pose, Extended Side Stretch and Tree, mindfully transitioning into seated asanas(poses) to stretch and lengthen the back and front of the body, closing with modified Pigeon Pose ,a simple inversion and supine twists. Savasana (corpse pose), deep rest and relaxation to bind the practice together.

Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket
Any props that you use for your yoga practice
