30 Minute Mindful Movement Vinyasa-Look Within 8-14-24

This 30 Minute yoga sequence begins standing on the mat in a comfortable position, closing the eyes, tuning into the breath, setting an intention for practice, gently warming up the body, and mindfully transitioning through standing and seated asanas(poses) for clarity, inner peace and flexibility within ourselves. A few minutes of relaxation (Savasana pose) binds it all together.

What you will need for class:

Yoga Mat

Yoga Blanket or Large Towel

Yoga Block if you need to modify any of the poses.

Remember to listen to yourself and what your body needs. Let your breath be your guide.
