Do the Inner Work So you Can Flourish
A 30 minute yoga sequence that begins in a comfortable seat, set a Sankalpa (intention), connecting deeply with the rhythm of the breath. Gently transitioning to Balasana (Child's Pose) to turn within and let go of anything that does not serve you. Mindfully going deeper into the sequence with standing asanas (poses) Cat-Cow pose, Sun Salutations, Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 and Tree Pose. Concluding the sequence with Twists, Navasana (Boat Pose) and Savasana (relaxation pose).
Envision the practice as a moving meditation.
What you will need for class:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
Remember to modify where you need and listen to your body.
