This 30 minute yoga sequence begins standing on the mat, opening with an inspirational read, setting a Sankalpa (intention) for practice. Starting the vinyasa flow standing in Tadasana (Mountain Pose), greeting the day with Uttanasana (forward fold), Sun Saluatations and then mindfully transitioning into deeper standing asanas (postures). Our peak pose is Virabhadrasana 1 (Warrior 1 pose). Closing the sequence with seated poses and several minutes of Savasana (Corpse Pose).

What you will need for this class:

Yoga Mat

Yoga Blanket or Large Towel

1 Yoga Block to modify where you need

Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good to you and your body in each pose.
