A 30 minute yoga sequence that begins in a comfortable standing position on the mat, taking time to arrive, finding ease and stillness and tuning into your self and the breath. Setting an intention for yoga practice and for the day. A few warm up stretches for the neck, shoulders and hips, then mindfully transitioning to Surya Namaskara A, Sun Salutations to greet the day and continue warming up the body. Moving through standing and seated asanas (poses), closing the practice with a peaceful Savasana (Corpse Pose).

Yoga Blanket

Any props that help support you.
