I Let Go of Limitations

This 30 minute yoga sequence begins in Reclined Bound Angle Pose, finding relaxation in the body, tuning into the breath and setting an intention. Gently transitioning into some warm up stretches, Downward Facing Dog Pose and then mindfully moving into Warrior 2 and Triangle Pose to bring some heat and strength to the lower body. Closing the practice with Legs up the Wall, Happy Baby Pose, Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breath) and several minutes of Savasana (resting pose).
What you will need for this yoga session:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, Cushion or Large Towel
2 Yoga Blocks
