A 30 minute yoga sequence to bring movement, energy and awareness to your entire being. Connecting with your authentic self, as you ground through your feet, tuning inward to intention and what you would like to see for your practice and carrying that with through the day. Releasing the urge to resist in all aspects as you practice and flow with an ease of breath and movement as you transition from one asana (pose) to the next.
What you will need for this session:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, cushion or large towel
2 Yoga blocks or any support that benefits your yoga practice
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each pose.
