A yoga sequence that begins standing on the mat, opening with an inspirational read, setting an intention for practice. Warming up the body with gentle stretches, Sun Salutations, standing poses to build strength and seated poses for build flexibility and maintain flexibility. A few minutes of relaxation to bind it all together.
