This gentle yoga stretch sequence begins with finding a comfortable seat, relaxing the body and connecting to the breath. Warming up stretches, moving through the hips and spine and stretching the shoulders. A few minutes of relaxing Savasana binds it all together.

Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
Honor yourself and do what feels good for your body in each pose. Allow the breath be your guide.
