A 30 minute yoga sequence that begins in a supine position, tuning into breath and intention for practice. Warming up the body, then moving into poses that focus on the hips and legs that will get the synovial fluid moving as well as increase mobility and flexibility.
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good to your body in every pose.

2 Yoga Blocks if you have them for support
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
