This 30 minute yoga sequence begins in a comfortable seated position, finding stillness, connecting to breath and setting an intention. Warming up through the neck, shoulders and hips and gently moving into deeper stretches for the upper body, hips and legs. This poses in this sequence are seated or in a table top position.
