Breathe into your Bones. This 30 minute yoga sequence focuses on movements and stretches to increase mobility in the joints. Move through this practice with mindful awareness and tuned into the breath.
Poses/stretches in the sequence:
Wrist flexion/extension
Wrist circles
Ankle flexion/extension
Ankle rotation counter and counterclockwise
Leg stretch out and in (for hip mobility)
What you will need for the class:
Yoga Mat
Yoga blanket, cushion or large towel
