This 30 Minute yoga sequence begins in a seated position, grounding through the sit bones, bringing inner peace to the body, setting an intention for practice. The sequence includes seated and standing postures, beginning with Sun Salutations to greet the morning and awaken your entire being. Savasana binds it all together, closing with Om and the mantra: May there be peace in your thoughts, peace in your words and peace in your heart.
What you will need for this class:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
Any props that you use to accommodate your yoga practice.
