We are in the Fall Equinox, a time of harvest, letting go and abundance. This yoga practice begins in a comfortable seated position, finding stillness, bringing awareness to the breath. Moving through some warm up stretches, Downward Facing Dog, heart and hip openers, closing the practice with Bridge Pose, Happy Baby and a peaceful and restful Savasana (Corpse Pose).
