This gentle yoga sequence begins in a comfortable seated position, whatever way that is available to you. Finding a few moments to settle in, relaxing and tuning into the breath. Setting an intention for yoga practice. Warming up the body with gentle stretching, easing into deeper stretches for the hips, legs and abdomen. Binding it all together with resting pose, Savasana or Constructive Rest.
What you will need for this session:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, Cushion or Large Towel
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each asana (pose) or stretch.
