This Gentle Yoga Stretch sequence begins in a comfortable seated position, whatever way that feels good for your body. Warming up the neck, shoulders and hips, releasing tension in the muscles and joints. Easing into standing and seated asanas (poses) for increased flexibility and mobility as well as boosting energy for the day ahead. Focusing on grounding through the sit bones and feet, connecting with the breath. Binding the sequence together with a peaceful resting pose, Savasana or Constructive Rest.

Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, Cushion or Large Towel
2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
