This 30 minute Gentle Yoga Sequence begins with an inspirational read to set the tone for yoga practice. Finding a comfortable seated or reclined position on your mat to relax the body and tune into the breath.

Kindly transitioning to gentle hip, shoulder and leg stretches, Sun Salutations and binding it all together with a restful Savasana (Corpse Pose).

What you will need for this session:

Yoga Mat

Yoga Blanket, cushion or pillow

Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you and your body in each asana (pose).
