I Let Go of Perfectionism

This 30 minute yoga sequence begins with finding a comfortable seat, tuning into breath and setting an intention for practice. Gently warming up the body with neck stretches, shoulder rolls and side stretches. Nourishing the spine with Cat/Cow pose and Downward Facing Dog. A few poses to stretch the back and front of the body. Closing the sequence with Supine Twists and several minutes of Savasana (complete relaxation).
What you will need for this session:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, cushion or large towel
Remember to honor yourself and do what feels good for you in each pose.
