A gentle yoga sequence that begins in a comfortable seated place, warming up gently, transitioning into asanas (poses) that will bring some heat, increase flexibility and mobility. Binding it all together with a peaceful Savasana or any comfortable resting pose.

Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
