This gentle morning yoga sequence begins finding a comfortable seated position on the mat, in whichever way feels good for you and your body. Bringing peace and stillness to the mind and body, tuning into breath, and connecting to what brought you to the mat today. What is included in this yoga practice: warm up stretches, gentle movements for the hips, shoulders, back and legs. Binding everything together with a peaceful Savasana (resting pose).

Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket, cushion or large towel
Yoga blocks or any supportive prop that assists you
Remember to honor and listen to what you and your body needs in each asana (pose).
