Let your Breath be your Teacher.
This yoga sequence begins seated on the mat, finding stillness in the body and setting an intention for practice. Warming up the body before moving into standing asanas (poses). Linking breath with movement, binding it together with peaceful Savasana (Corpse Pose).
What you will need for this class:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Blanket or Large Towel
Yoga Block or any prop that you use to support yourself and your practice.
