Zoom Yoga Class Options:

30 Minute Gentle Yoga (1x per week)

30 Minute Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow (1x per week)

30 Minute Evening Unwind Yoga Session (2x per week)

30 Minute Yin Yoga and Meditation (1x per week)

Gentle Morning Yoga every Monday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Evening Unwind Yoga Session every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Yin Yoga and Meditation every Friday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Single payment gives you access to join any 1- 30 Minute Class.

How Does This Work exactly?

1. Purchase the class from this page.

2. Make sure you are logged into this site in the upper right corner.

Join in on a live Zoom class of your choice! Just go to the schedule to register.

How it works:

  1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free).

  2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here).

  3. You'll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

  4. You'll also get a reminder 15 min. prior to the start time.

  5. You'll be admitted from the "waiting room" at the time of class.

  6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

*Class may be last-minute cancelled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Cancelling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, or an unexpected emergency.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TAMMY

Tammy More is an online yoga teacher who has a passion for helping people live a life of health and well-being. In my classes, I love to combine mindful sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
